For example at my last company, making cold calls was clearly one of my weaknesses and I wasted hundreds of hours trying to make it work. But I’m starting to think that a better way to live is to focus on my strengths, instead of trying to fix all of my weaknesses. To an extent this is necessary - being a generally well rounded human is important. Growing up I always held the belief that if I’m not good at something, I should get better at it. ![]() The hardest job I ever had… I sometimes find myself doing things that I not only don’t enjoy, but I’m also not good at.
